Lindsay Atkinson
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing at Michigan State University, I moved to Chicago (with what seemed like my entire graduating class). Spending the next several years in marketing at various newspapers and magazines amidst plenty of budget cuts and employee layoffs, it didn't take me long to realize that I was in a dying industry. With print media going the way of the Dodo, I decided to enter the digital age. As a result, I began working on an internet start-up specializing in websites and iPhone apps. I designed and executed internet marketing campaigns focusing on link building and PPC ads for the websites being created, thus entering a new chapter in my career.
Working in SEO at Digital Third Coast, I finally feel like I’m at the forefront of the marketing industry. I’m excited to further develop my knowledge of this innovative field amongst a talented and creative team.
