Product listing ads (PLAs) in Google AdWords are particularly effective because they allow advertisers to place product images on Google.com while people are searching for specific products. Not only do searchers get to see a preview of the product being offered, but there is also text space in which to place a particular product offering such as "free shipping". DTC's PPC management department has seen some great results with PLAs in creating more conversions at a lower CPA.
